About The Position

Randy Hiley Mazda VW is seeking sales representatives to join their energetic sales team. The dealership has a motivated executive team with resources to help you succeed and a fantastic community reputation. Sales are on the rise, and they are looking for proven salespeople to serve their customers.

Requirements

Computer proficiency is a must.
Proven track record of handling clients in a sales or customer service environment.
Must be 18 years or older.
Must be authorized to work in the US.
Must have a valid driver’s license.
Available to work flexible hours and Saturdays.
Ready to waste no time on learning new product in’s and out’s, eager to improve.
Phenomenal communication skills with customers and team members.
Professional, well-groomed personal appearance.
Clean driving record and valid driver’s license.

Nice To Haves

Previous automotive experience is NOT REQUIRED.
Self-starter mentality and ambitious spirit preferred.
High School diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

Present new and pre-owned vehicles to potential clients.
Report directly to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.
Keep up to date on manufacturer and company training to be knowledgeable for clients.
Comply with all State and Federal regulations regarding privacy and transparency standards.
Maintain rapport with new and existing customers.
Foster a customer-centric culture that prioritizes satisfaction.
Embrace technology to streamline the customer experience.
