About The Position
We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will attend to actual leads, attract new clients, and close deals. Your responsibilities will include creating a customer file, helping homeowners open insurance claims, and helping assess emergency calls. The ideal candidate has an outgoing personality, exceptional customer service, and a strong desire to close deals.
Requirements
- Be open to on call situations
- Open to flexible schedule, leads will be shared with another technician
- Care about helping Home Owner and their problems
- A positive attitude
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in water mitigation is a plus
Responsibilities
- Develop rapport and build relationships with potential customers
- Travel to appointments and meetings with potential customers within your
- Document everything with photos and videos.
- Create customer file and set up equipment ( fans, Dehumidifier)
- Document all leads, sales, and customer interactions in customer relationship management (CRM) program
- explore and help identify source of problem
