About The Position

Join Arla Canada’s National Retail Sales Team as a Sales Representative and gain hands-on experience in the dynamic world of Consumer Packaged Goods and dairy manufacturing. This role is a great opportunity for a motivated, early-career professional to grow within a supportive, high-performing team. As a Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for managing customer relationships and driving sales within the downtown/west end Toronto Area. You’ll visit retail stores in your territory to execute creative merchandising initiatives, increase product visibility, and ensure our brands stand out on the shelf. You’ll also have the chance to learn about retail marketing strategies and make a real impact on the shopper’s journey.

Requirements

• A post-secondary degree or diploma (recent graduates welcome!)
• 1-2 years of experience in sales, merchandising, or customer service (co-op or internship experience is great)
• Experience gained from working in the CPG industry, preferably food or retail
• A valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and active insurance for travel within your territory
• Only applicants who are legally authorized to work in Canada will be considered for this role.

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with the downtown / west end Toronto area and local retail landscape (an asset)
