About The Position

Aspen Contracting is hiring Sales Representatives in the Springfield, MO area. This is an outside/field sales role focused on helping homeowners with exterior restoration solutions, focused on roofing, siding, and gutters . We are looking for motivated, competitive individuals who are comfortable working in the field and ready to grow with a nationally recognized company.

Requirements

• Comfortable with outside / door‑to‑door sales
• Strong communication skills
• Self‑motivated and dependable
• Willingness to learn and grow

• Sales or customer‑facing experience is a plus (not required)

Responsibilities

• Generate leads through field canvassing and customer interaction
• Meet with homeowners to assess exterior needs
• Represent Aspen Contracting professionally in the community
• Work closely with sales and production teams
• Learn the full sales process with provided training and support
