About The Position

Steele Ford Lincoln is seeking a Sales Representative to join their team. Steele Ford Lincoln is Nova Scotia's premier Ford and Lincoln dealership, known for its vibrant culture that fosters creativity, ambition, and continuous learning. The dealership offers an exciting and rewarding commission structure, opportunities to build meaningful relationships with customers, and deliver exceptional value and financing options across the Maritimes. As a Sales Representative, you will connect with customers, showcase vehicles, and guide clients through the purchase process. This role offers endless opportunities for growth and commissions, with an earning potential of $100,000+ annually. For the first year, Steele Auto Group guarantees a minimum income of $653.85 weekly, unless commissions exceed this amount.

Requirements

  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Well organized, possess a good work ethic and a positive attitude.
  • Hardworking, self-motivated and have excellent time management skills.
  • Exceptional communication skills both in-person and online.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
  • Have a valid driver’s license and be able to provide an acceptable driver’s abstract.

Responsibilities

  • Dive into engaging conversations with customers, either in-person or electronically, to truly understand needs, preferences, and budget.
  • Showcase or impressive range of vehicle makes and models, highlighting features and benefits.
  • Guide customers through the selection process, helping them find the perfect vehicle to match their requirements.
  • Elevate the customer car-buying experience with test-drives and detailed product demonstrations.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, throughout the sales process, ensuring satisfaction beyond the sale.
  • Fulfill other duties as required by managers, contributing the overall success of Steele Ford.
