About The Position

The Sales Representative will plan and carry out all sales activities on assigned accounts or areas, ensuring customer satisfaction and managing the quality of product and service delivery. The role involves developing relationships with Fire and EMT decision-makers in a designated territory, with a focus on building a 'Help First' relationship to make their jobs easier, safer, and more comfortable.

Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Prepare sales action plans and strategies.
  • Schedule sales activity.
  • Make sales calls to new and existing customers.
  • Develop and make presentations of company products and services to current and potential clients.
  • Negotiate with clients.
  • Develop sales proposals.
  • Respond to sales inquiries and concerns by phone, electronically or in person.
  • Ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationships.
  • Follow up on sales activity.
  • Monitor and report on sales activities and follow up for management.
  • Participate in sales events and training.
