About The Position

Goodstack is a fast-growing startup backed by General Catalyst, aiming to revolutionize how the world does good through technology. As a Series A social impact startup, Goodstack enables global enterprises to integrate positive impact into their operations and supports nonprofits in accessing technology and funding. Global brands like Google and OpenAI, and nonprofits like the Red Cross and Oxfam, use Goodstack. The company has facilitated $5 billion in donations in 2025 and is building the world's leading platform for nonprofit donations. They are seeking a Sales Representative to help nonprofits discover funding opportunities through Goodstack GrantPilot, a platform that combines technology, funding research, and a concierge-led experience to assist nonprofits with fundraising. As a Sales Representative, your mission will be to be the first point of contact for nonprofit leaders exploring Goodstack GrantPilot. You will engage, qualify, and nurture inbound leads, understand their goals and funding needs, and lead discovery conversations to determine if Goodstack can help them access relevant funding. You will bring the GrantPilot promise to life by making nonprofits feel supported by a world-class fundraising team. This involves conducting targeted funding research, leading customer onboarding, building relationships, and communicating effectively via phone, email, and video. You will become an expert in the product, customer profile, and nonprofit funding landscape, collaborating with Product and Sales teams to improve the customer experience and sales process. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate data in HubSpot and contributing to the development of the GrantPilot sales playbook.
