About The Position

This position will be responsible for uncovering and securing new opportunities and business in Montréal and the surrounding areas. The role involves probing and identifying top territory accounts and their revenue potential, establishing and achieving an annual sales budget through account development, and maintaining strong relationships with existing accounts while developing target accounts. The Sales Representative will ensure rigorous monitoring of the sales pipeline using CRM and reporting tools, analyze customer needs to develop account management plans, and conduct in-depth research on various applications to develop viable business plans. This role also includes segmenting different applications versus clientele, communicating customer feedback and requirements to internal departments, and managing customer relationships to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Additionally, the representative will attend company events, trade shows, and corporate activities, actively participate in continuous improvement of business processes and the company's performance culture, and ensure timely completion of all sales administration.

Requirements

  • Technical Degree, Masters or similar preferable in one of the following disciplines: business engineering, mechanical, electrical, or electronic engineering or mechatronics.
  • Fluent in English and French, excellent communication skills – verbal and written.
  • MS-Office, CRM tools, Share Point, Business Object.
  • 5 years’ relevant experience.
  • Specific knowledge in the domain of pneumatics, hydraulics, automation, electrical or electronic.
  • Knowledge of customer and market structure of Industry Segment, Industry Cluster.

Responsibilities
