Requirements

  • Motivated, enterprising, and passionate about continuous learning.
  • Ideally, experience in selling immunology products to dermatologists or other healthcare professionals.
  • Demonstrated tangible results in previous roles related to customer experience, collaboration, leadership, and performance.
  • Trained according to an interactive model focused on customer needs, with a proven ability to learn quickly.
  • Comfortable with an omnichannel approach, including virtual and in-person interactions.

Nice To Haves

  • Good understanding of the role of a pharmaceutical sales consultant.
  • Experience in immunology (particularly in dermatology) is a major asset.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Functional in English (field work is done exclusively in French).
  • Experience in a hospital setting or in key account management.
  • Strong business acumen and excellent ability to build customer relationships.
  • Proficiency in technological tools and commercial data analysis.
  • Recent recognition for leadership, teamwork, customer focus, or performance (e.g., President's Council, regional/national representative of the year, excellence award).

Responsibilities

  • Identifying the needs of healthcare professionals and proposing the most suitable therapeutic solutions.
  • Developing solid expertise on the healthcare system, dermatological diseases, our product line, and existing therapeutic options.
  • Building and maintaining lasting relationships with dermatologists and other healthcare professionals.
  • Responding quickly and adequately to customer questions through collaboration and resources offered by the Lilly network.
  • Deploying effective omnichannel strategies, integrating virtual interactions and in-person meetings.
  • Analyzing territorial data and market trends to develop and execute a solid and targeted territory plan.
