About The Position

NIKE, Inc. is looking for a Sales Representative to manage part of the Key and General Partners business for Nike Canada. This hybrid position requires 4 days/week at the Downtown Toronto Head Office (Mondays to Thursdays) and Fridays remotely. The ideal candidate understands complex business issues, solves problems creatively, and uses industry, consumer, and account data to inform decisions and drive change. Success requires strong product and business planning knowledge.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 2+ years’ experience in Sales, Sales Operations, Buying, Retail Planning or Merchandising in sporting goods, fashion or related industry.
  • Strong understanding of product and trends, maximizing industry, consumer, and account data to make decisions and inspire change.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Proficient in Microsoft office suite.
  • Ability to travel as required to sales meetings across Canada & USA.
  • GEO/Territory/International travel as required (GTM, key accounts, industry meetings).

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portion of the Key and General Partners business in Canada and provide account feedback to key partners.
  • Utilize market knowledge on product trends, pricing, and competition to enhance product placement and sell-through.
  • Develop accurate and realistic go-to-market plans, seasonal assortments, and forecasts.
  • Conduct seasonal line reviews with buyers.
  • Develop and implement seasonal sales plans.
  • Monitor the marketplace and recommend assortment plans.
  • Establish and maintain timely, consistent, and positive external and internal relationships.
  • Be results-driven and accountable for the execution, management, and timely coordination of assigned accounts.
  • Meet seasonal targets and all deadlines in a timely and consistent manner.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by developing and maintaining strong relationships with key customer personnel at all levels of the customer’s business.
