About The Position

RCI Offroad is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join their team. The role focuses on driving rapid sales growth in both B2C and B2B channels while providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include closing sales calls, chats, and emails, managing existing B2B accounts, and increasing revenue and conversion rates. The Sales Representative will establish RCI Offroad as a provider of products, expertise, and solutions for offroad and overlanding enthusiasts and installers. This position is based on-site in Loveland, CO.

Requirements

  • At least 3+ years of inbound sales experience and/or account management experience.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset.

  • Ability to share and absorb constructive feedback.
  • Strong technical offroad and overlanding background.

  • Enthusiasm and profound knowledge of the off-roading and overlanding marketplace, enthusiast trends, and technical automotive repair/maintenance experience.
  • High School Diploma.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Typing speed of at least 35 words per minute.
  • Professional phone etiquette.
  • Strong data entry skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Advanced problem-solving skills, multi-tasking, and proven time management skills.
  • Ability to work in a results-oriented work environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Netsuite and Adobe Commerce.

Responsibilities

  • Handling all forms of communication with customers seeking assistance with orders, updates, or product advice and recommendations.
  • Providing customers with solutions that closely meet their needs and expectations.
  • Driving sales and margin growth by actively attempting to close every contact.
  • Assisting B2B accounts with order entry and management.
  • Keeping customers informed about active order updates and ETAs, offering solutions for a better customer experience.
  • Supporting immediate co-workers and cross-functional teams, participating willingly in tasks with a positive attitude.
  • Prioritizing customer needs and maintaining positive customer relationships, ensuring all decisions and communications align with company values.
