About The Position

Park Paving Ltd. is seeking a dedicated and experienced FOREMAN for its RCI Division. The Foreman for Recycled Crushing Industries will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the recycled crushing operations. This includes supervising and coordinating the crushing crew, ensuring efficient crushing of various materials, monitoring and maintaining equipment, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies, providing training and guidance to the crew, and participating in daily planning and scheduling. The successful candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work well under pressure, along with a thorough knowledge of crushing operations and equipment. This is a full-time position with competitive compensation and benefits. The work schedule may vary depending on project requirements.

Requirements

Prior experience in a similar role, preferably in the road construction industry
Strong knowledge of crushing operations and equipment
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Ability to effectively manage a team and prioritize tasks
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Driving record free of major infractions
Must pass a medical/fitness exam
