About The Position

Legacy Restoration is seeking multiple entry-level Sales Representatives for a full-time position. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong drive to succeed and who are motivated by performance-based earnings. The position offers significant income growth potential with average earnings of $100,000+/year through uncapped commissions. As the company expands into a new office, new hires will have the opportunity to be part of a growing team from the beginning and contribute to the success of a new market. The role involves canvassing neighborhoods, engaging with potential customers, explaining services, performing roof inspections, and encouraging bookings. Time management and problem-solving skills are essential as the role requires independent work. The company provides a vehicle stipend and logo gear in addition to a comprehensive benefits package.

Requirements

• 18+ years of age
• Valid driver's license
• Good driving record
• Ability to obtain a solicitation permit
• Physical ability to walk through neighborhoods and climb ladders regularly
• Willingness to travel to different neighborhoods and local offices as needed
• Ability to pass a background check
• Ability to pass a drug screening test

Responsibilities

• Canvassing different neighborhoods around the area
• Engaging with potential customers
• Increasing interest in roofing, remodeling, and restoration services
• Explaining services to customers
• Encouraging customers to book a service
• Performing roof inspections
• Tracking sales progress and adjusting strategies
