SouthernCarlson is seeking a driven Sales Representative with experience in construction or manufacturing tools and supplies. The ideal candidate thrives on solving problems, building lasting customer relationships in the field, and wants to grow with a nationwide company. As an Onsite Sales Representative, you will operate a box truck to service customers directly on job sites, develop and maintain relationships with residential contractors and framing crews, build and manage a sales pipeline to meet or exceed sales goals, generate new business through cold calling, networking, referrals, and community outreach, manage customer accounts and coordinate deliveries, identify customer needs and provide solution-based product recommendations, and stay informed on products, pricing, market trends, and competitor activity. You will spend significant time in the field strengthening customer relationships and growing territory sales.
