About The Position

Heidelberg Materials is one of the world's largest suppliers of building materials. Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees. This position requires daily, visible presence in the Dallas Fort Worth market area.

Requirements

  • Background in aggregates or similar (concrete, ready-mix, cement, asphalt, building materials)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs.
  • Competency in using CRM software and other sales tools.

Nice To Haves

  • Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the aggregates industry or a related field preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business/marketing, construction management, or a related discipline preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the assigned territory.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and goals.
