About The Position

The Sales Representative role involves building strong customer relationships, managing a retailer account base to meet sales quotas, and maximizing product visibility and price points. The position requires analyzing sales history to identify growth opportunities, merchandising products according to planograms, and replacing dispensers and restocking supplies. Responsibilities also include creating sales by introducing new products, training retailers and players, marketing at special events, and recruiting new retailers and prospects through various channels. The role also entails managing inventory, performing site surveys, providing new product inventory, and assisting retailers with contract information and onboarding. Requirements

  • Frequent driving required
  • Irregular hours required on occasion
  • Valid Class C Driver's License and good driving record
  • Notary Public will be necessary if selected

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree and/or 2 years’ experience in route sales.
  • Retail sales and/or customer service experience is a plus
  • Experience in prospecting and cold calling
  • Outstanding relationship-building skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
