About The Position

Henke Industrial is looking for a motivated and dependable Sales Representative to support our growing business development efforts. This is a remote, part-time role focused primarily on outbound calling, lead generation, and customer follow-up. We’re looking for someone who is comfortable spending a large portion of the day on the phone, stays organized, and knows how to manage leads inside a CRM system.

Requirements

  • Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls
  • Experience using CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar)
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
  • Able to work independently in a remote environment

Nice To Haves

  • Previous sales, recruiting, appointment-setting, or customer service experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers
  • Introduce company services and qualify opportunities
  • Follow up consistently with leads and contacts
  • Track activity, notes, and pipeline updates within the CRM
  • Help maintain accurate customer and prospect records
  • Support the sales team with lead generation and outreach efforts
