The ideal candidate will be excited to assist homeowners in making design and purchase decisions for premium windows and doors, as well as a broad selection of other home exterior products. With most leads provided for you, you’ll focus primarily on the sales and follow-ups. Responsibilities

  • Travel to and from company-generated and pre-scheduled leads/appointments at the customer’s home.
  • Build rapport with customers through active listening, a positive demeanor and attention to the home’s needs.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and deliver custom quotes in the customer’s home utilizing basic math and measurement skills.
  • Address customer questions about products, prices, installation process, financing availability/terms, and work to close the sale on the first appointment.
  • Measure for products, carry and present up to 50 lb. sample displays, and process all contract documents for the sale, including a detailed scope of work and materials needed.
  • Work with customer service specialists to uphold the highest customer service standards.
  • Use your own network and past customers to earn referrals and prospect new opportunities to continue growing your income.
