About The Position

Bridgewater Volkswagen is seeking a Sales Representative to join their growing team! As a Sales Representative, you’ll play a key role in delivering a seamless and engaging customer experience, from the first interaction to the final handoff. You’ll showcase the Volkswagen lineup, understand each customer’s needs, and guide them confidently through the buying journey. Commission Wage Structure (Potential to earn $100,000+ annually!)

Up to your first year, to support your development, Steele Auto Group guarantees a minimum income of $653.85 weekly, unless commissions exceed that amount.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills, both in person and online
• Enthusiastic, professional, and well-presented
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Organized, self-motivated, and results-driven with a positive attitude
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record

Nice To Haves

• Previous sales or customer service experience is an asset

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging vehicle presentations to clients, both in person and through video, highlighting features, benefits, and value.
• Strategically plan and organize your day to meet and exceed sales targets, managing your pipeline efficiently.
• Clearly and accurately present lease and purchase options, helping clients make informed decisions that fit their needs.
• Schedule and coordinate test drives, vehicle deliveries, and ensure every vehicle and required document is ready for a seamless customer experience.
• Build lasting relationships with clients by providing personalized guidance and exceptional service throughout the sales process.
