Requirements

• Exceptional verbal and strong written communication
• Organized time management and basic trade math
• Sales negotiation, customer presentation, and relationship building
• Comfort with inventory systems, merchandising, and display setup

Responsibilities

• Make scheduled sales calls, build rapport, and follow up on leads
• Enter orders and manage inventory using handheld ordering tools
• Merchandise to standards; support displays and deliveries when needed
• Run promotions, provide point-of-sale materials, and hit volume/gross profit goals
• Confirm daily pricing, collect receivables, rotate product properly, and resolve issues fast
• Communicate tightly with drivers/merchandisers, attend weekly in-person sales meetings, and follow all safety rules
