About The Position

RangerPRINT at Kilgore College is seeking a results-driven and highly motivated Outside Sales Representative to join our growing team. This individual will play a key role in expanding our client base and increasing revenue by promoting our full range of print and fabrication services to local businesses, nonprofit organizations, schools, and community partners. The ideal candidate will be passionate about sales, enjoy building long-term relationships, and be confident working independently in the field. This is a full-time position offering a competitive base salary, a 5% to 10% commission on all sales, and additional quarterly bonuses based on meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Requirements

• Proven experience in outside sales or business development, preferably in print, signage, advertising, or related industries.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a sales territory efficiently.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a client portfolio through prospecting, cold calls, referrals, and networking events.
• Identify customer needs and present appropriate RangerPRINT solutions, including print, large format, signage, and specialty fabrication services.
• Build and nurture relationships with community organizations, local businesses, and regional education entities.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and customer interactions using CRM software.
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure timely fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
• Attend chamber of commerce functions, expos, and other community events to promote RangerPRINT.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
• Report weekly on sales performance, challenges, and opportunities.
• Represent Kilgore College and RangerPRINT with professionalism and integrity.
• Other duties as assigned.
