About The Position

This business-to-business (B2B) sales role involves offering industry-leading products and hands-on help to customers for their facility services needs. The Sales Representative will prospect, develop, and qualify leads within their territory, utilize a CRM to identify and close new business, and consistently achieve weekly sales goals and quotas. The role requires applying learnings from the Cintas Sales Training Program, including cold-calling, in-person sales, product demonstrations, negotiations, objection-handling, and closing.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), intranet/internet and Contact Management System (CMS)

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Prior sales experience (1 year+), preferably in a similar role
  • Prior new business-to-business (B2B) sales experience

Responsibilities

  • Prospecting, developing, and qualifying leads within their respective territory.
  • Utilizing CRM to identify, prospect, and close new business.
  • Consistently achieving weekly sales goals and quotas.
  • Applying skills in cold-calling, in-person sales, product demonstrations, negotiations, objection-handling, and closing.
