About The Position

Local Eclectic is a women-founded, women-run brand dedicated to supporting women in their creative endeavors. Since 2013, we have showcased emerging and indie jewelry designers, offering unique, limited-edition pieces crafted with passion and precision. Our in-house brands, including Family Gold, focus on accessibility and quality. We believe in the magic of collaboration and provide a platform for visionary jewelry designers to create one-of-a-kind pieces. Founded by Alexis Nido-Russo, Local Eclectic continues to empower women and make exceptional jewelry collections accessible.

This is a part-time, on-site Salesperson role located in Chicago, IL. The Salesperson will be responsible for assisting customers, managing inventory, maintaining store appearance, handling transactions, and providing exceptional customer service. The Salesperson will also support the team in achieving sales goals and delivering an outstanding shopping experience.

Requirements

• Customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Sales experience and knowledge of retail operations
• Organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage inventory
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
• High school diploma or equivalent
