About The Position

Are you motivated by hitting sales goals, closing deals, and earning more when you perform? If so, we want to hear from you. Lawn Doctor’s Inside Sales Representatives are a key driver of our growth. In this role, you’ll work with a steady flow of inbound leads and outbound follow-ups, connect with homeowners, identify their needs, recommend solutions, and close the sale. This is a great opportunity for someone with direct-to-consumer sales, call center sales, or other high-volume call experience who is motivated by measurable results, sales goals, and uncapped earning potential.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Direct-to-consumer sales experience or experience in high-volume inbound and outbound calling environment
Confident using computers, web-based tools, email, and basic spreadsheets
Strong verbal and written communication skills, comfortable speaking with customers throughout the day
Comfortable working towards measurable sales goals and performance metrics
Ability to sit and work at a computer and phone for extended periods of time

Responsibilities

Learn and apply knowledge of our lawn care, pest control, and tree & shrub programs to recommend the best solutions
Respond to warm leads from inbound calls, emails, and web inquiries
Follow up with prospects, prepare quotes, answer questions, and guide customers through service activation
Convert leads into sales and consistently work toward weekly and annual sales goals
Close sales using a consultative, customer-first approach
Recommend additional services to address customer needs
Build strong customer relationships to support long-term retention
Document interactions, track follow-ups, and stay organized using CRM tools
Participate in ongoing training to sharpen product knowledge and sales skills
