About The Position
Premier Roofing is a national storm restoration company specializing in roofing, siding, and gutters, with over 20 years of experience and 14 locations nationwide. This is a field-based, consultative, and relationship-driven sales role focused on meeting homeowners in storm-affected neighborhoods, identifying damage, and guiding them through the insurance claim and restoration process. It is not a call center or desk job. This position is structured as a 1099 independent contractor role with commission-based income. A startup draw of $500 per week is provided for the first 8 weeks to assist with pipeline building. The realistic earning range is $80,000–$110,000 annually, with potential for higher earnings for top performers. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required to start.

Responsibilities
- Canvass storm-affected neighborhoods to identify damage and introduce Premier's services
- Meet with homeowners, inspect damage, and build trust to earn a second conversation
- Educate homeowners on their options and support them through the insurance process
- Schedule inspections and coordinate with the production team through project completion
- Participate in weekly training and ongoing skill development
