This is a field-based, consultative, and relationship-driven role, distinct from a call center or quota-driven position.

Requirements

• Physically mobile, able to work outdoors and potentially on rooftops

Responsibilities

• Canvass storm-affected neighborhoods to identify damage and introduce Premier's services
• Meet with homeowners, inspect damage, and build trust to earn follow-up conversations
• Educate homeowners on their options and support them through the insurance process
• Schedule inspections and coordinate with the production team for project completion
• Participate in weekly training and ongoing skill development
