Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in sales.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport with clients and understand their needs.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong desire to succeed.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Ability to accept constructive criticism, comprehend industry-specific training and information, and effectively apply it to their role.
  • Comfortable using CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales tools.
  • Demonstrable PC literacy and proficiency in NetSuite (Not mandatory).

  • Four-year degree from an accredited institute of higher learning.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify new business opportunities and potential clients through research, networking, and cold calling.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Gain and maintain a deep understanding of our products/services, and effectively communicate their value propositions to potential customers.
  • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and KPIs.
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients, highlighting the benefits and features of our offerings.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to maximize revenue while ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Provide feedback to the marketing and product development teams based on customer insights and market trends.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status in the CRM system.
  • Work closely with the marketing, customer support, and product development teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
