About The Position
Premier Roofing is a national storm restoration company specializing in roofing, siding, and gutters, with over 20 years of experience and 14 locations nationwide. The company's model involves sales representatives who build trust with homeowners, navigate the insurance process, and restore properties after storm damage. This is a field-based, consultative, and relationship-driven role, distinct from call center or desk jobs. The role involves identifying storm damage in neighborhoods, meeting with homeowners, educating them on their options, and guiding them through the insurance and restoration process. Sales representatives will also schedule inspections and coordinate with the production team. The position requires participation in weekly training and ongoing skill development.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation
- Willingness to learn and apply feedback
- Comfortable with people and conversations
- Self-directed and able to manage own schedule and output
- Physically mobile, able to work outside, in neighborhoods, and sometimes on rooftops
- Resilient to handle rejection

Responsibilities
- Canvass storm-affected neighborhoods to identify damage and introduce Premier's services
- Meet with homeowners, inspect damage, and build enough trust to earn a second conversation
- Educate homeowners on their options and support them through the insurance process
- Schedule inspections and coordinate with our production team through project completion
- Participate in weekly training and ongoing skill development
