About The Position

Premier Roofing is a national storm restoration company specializing in roofing, siding, and gutters, with over 20 years of experience and 14 locations nationwide. This is a field-based, consultative, and relationship-driven sales role focused on meeting homeowners in storm-affected neighborhoods, identifying damage, and guiding them through the insurance claim and restoration process. Unlike traditional sales roles, this position emphasizes human interaction, trust-building, and problem-solving, which are skills resistant to automation.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Canvass storm-affected neighborhoods to identify damage and introduce Premier's services.
• Meet with homeowners, inspect damage, and build trust to earn a second conversation.
• Educate homeowners on their options and support them through the insurance process.
• Schedule inspections and coordinate with the production team through project completion.
• Participate in weekly training and ongoing skill development.
