About The Position

Southern National Roofing is hiring in-home closers. Every appointment is set and confirmed by our in-house call center. No cold calling, no door knocking, no self-generating leads. You show up, run the process, and close. We provide ongoing coaching built on real call reviews, not once-a-year role play. We have 9 markets across NC, SC, GA, MD and PA, with a promote-from-within track. We are GAF Presidents Club, top 1% of roofers nationwide. A+ BBB accredited. Inc. 5000. $25M+ and growing.

Requirements

• Sales experience preferred, not required.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance
• Able to travel to Charlotte, NC for the paid training
• Evening and Saturday availability
• Comfortable presenting in a homeowner’s living room and working from a tablet

Nice To Haves

• Our best closers came out of car sales, retail, restaurant management, and jobs with nothing to do with sales at all.
• If you are coachable and competitive, the rest takes care of itself.

Responsibilities

• Meet with 2-3 pre-qualified homeowners
• Inspect the home and diagnose the roof
• Present the solution and the financing
• Close on the first visit. These are one-call-close appointments, not two-week follow-up cycles.
• Hand it to an install team that moves fast, and go home. No prospecting, no pipeline to build.
