Requirements
- 2+ years of franchise dealership automotive sales experience
- Stable employment history with proven consistent performance
- Great at building rapport, following up, and maintaining loyal relationships
- Confident, polished communicator who enjoys educating buyers
- Motivated by quality, not pressure
- High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required
Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients exploring BMW’s world-class lineup
- Build ongoing relationships with owners and future buyers
- Guide customers through a transparent, engaging experience from greeting to delivery
- Stay knowledgeable on performance, technology, and new model updates
- Represent the BMW brand with professionalism and enthusiasm
