About The Position
As a Sales Representative, you’ll support customers through Driveway’s online car-buying experience—from initial questions to final delivery. You’ll handle inbound inquiries and guide customers through purchasing new and pre-owned vehicles entirely online.
Requirements
- Customer-first mindset
- Experience in sales or customer service
- Strong communication skills
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Calm, solution-focused approach
- High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.
Responsibilities
- Guide customers through the online purchase process
- Communicate via phone, text, and email
- Assist with financing, paperwork, and delivery coordination
- Provide updates and resolve customer questions
- Manage multiple customer interactions
