About The Position
Elk Grove Ford is looking for enthusiastic, motivated Sales Representatives who are ready to build a rewarding career in the automotive industry. Whether you have years of sales experience or are just getting started, we welcome all levels of experience — we will train the right candidate. This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes Commission off Individual Payable Gross, and Bonuses based on Individual Units Sold and Manufacturer Approvability. The Monthly Estimated Earnings Range is $4,017.00 - $13,225.00. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location. Requirements
- Any prior sales, customer service, or retail experience welcomed
- Strong communication and people skills
- Self-motivated with a positive, energetic attitude
- Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
- High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in finding the right vehicle for their lifestyle and budget
- Build strong customer relationships and deliver an exceptional buying experience
- Maintain product knowledge of new and pre-owned inventory
- Follow up with leads, schedule appointments, and manage your sales pipeline
- Work collaboratively with teammates, sales managers, and finance staff
- Meet and exceed monthly sales goals
