About The Position

Southern National Roofing is seeking in-home sales closers and sales representatives who are motivated to earn significant income without the need to generate their own leads. The company provides pre-qualified and scheduled appointments, allowing sales professionals to concentrate on closing deals. Top performers in this role consistently earn over $150K. Southern National is a well-established residential roofing company with a strong industry presence and reputation. This position is well-suited for individuals with experience in high-ticket sales, account management, car sales, or retail sales leadership, who are comfortable with in-person presentations and closing substantial deals. Many successful team members have backgrounds in car sales, retail, inside sales, or other commission-based roles where performance directly impacts earnings.

Requirements

  • 2 Years prior sales experience
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers
  • Flexibility to work evenings and Saturdays
  • Valid driver's license and own reliable transportation
  • Ability to work up to 6 days per week, including mandatory Saturdays
  • Coachable and eager to learn
  • Self-disciplined and money-motivated
  • Proficient in using technology (laptop, mobile device, tablet)
  • Outstanding negotiation and communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Selling roofing products and services to homeowners.
  • Meeting with homeowners to assess roofing needs.
  • Providing product and service recommendations.
  • Closing sales.
  • Conducting 8-12 pre-scheduled and pre-confirmed in-home appointments per week.
  • Achieving sales targets.
  • Providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
  • Attending trainings and staying up-to-date on company products and services.
  • Driving to pre-set appointments (no cold calling or door knocking required).
  • Completing a thorough PAID two-week training program.
  • Attending regular sales meetings.
