About The Position

The Sales Representative will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by effectively managing and expanding sales within assigned territories across the United States. This position focuses on achieving and exceeding sales quotas through strategic prospecting, relationship building, and key account management. The successful candidate will have capital equipment sales experience and not medical sales experience. They will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities while maintaining strong, long-term relationships with existing clients. They will collaborate closely with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet customer needs and ensure customer satisfaction. Ultimately, this role is essential for increasing market share and establishing the company as a leader in its industry through direct and international sales efforts. The compensation is: $45,000 - 60,000 Base Salary plus commission of 1% per dollar sold. The first years expected on target goal is 2.5 million sold which would be $25K and the second year is 4.5 million sold which is equivalent to $45K.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing or a related field.
  • Proven experience in direct sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage sales territories and key accounts effectively.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and techniques, including prospecting, negotiation, and closing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and internal teams.
  • Experience in a specific industry relevant to the company’s products or services.
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Basic proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed assigned sales volume and quota targets within designated sales territories.
  • Manage key accounts by building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships to maximize retention and growth.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and market research.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients, effectively communicating value propositions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, customer service, and product development to ensure customer needs are met.
  • Prepare and deliver regular sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to management.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals while ensuring compliance with company policies and customer satisfaction.
