Answer calls that are coming in as well!! The ideal candidate will be positive, energetic, highly self-motivated, and possess strong verbal & communication skills. THIS POSITION IS ONSITE AT ALL TIMES. Requirements

1+ Years of experience and success in sales and building rapport.
Strong interpersonal communication skills and ability to interact with internal & external clients.
Ability to close deals and upsell policy.
Ability to work independently while continuing to focus on goals and meeting deadlines.
Strong phone presence.

Responsibilities

Close warm sales leads from customers inquiring about our home warranty policy.
Develop a strong rapport with the customer and drive the appropriate conversions.
Quickly identify customer needs and make appropriate decisions.
Demonstrate a high level of professionalism, even under stressful situations.
Multi-tasking between speaking and data capture.
Learn the product suite quickly.
Demonstrate strong product knowledge.
