Requirements
- Competitive, driven hustlers – You want to take control of your future and finances.
- Natural communicators – You can talk to anyone and close deals with confidence.
- Independent self-starters – You don’t need a boss breathing down your neck to grind.
- Physically capable – You’re comfortable climbing ladders and inspecting rooftops.
- Reliable transportation & valid driver’s license – You’ll be in the field daily.
- Sales experience (2+ years preferred)
Responsibilities
- In-field prospecting – Meet homeowners, inspect damage, and close deals.
- Complete our proven, comprehensive training and start making money fast.
- Help homeowners understand their options and maximize their insurance claims.
- From first inspection to final payment, you control your success.
- Hit your goals, and we’ll help you move into leadership and beyond.
