Responsibilities

  • Prospect and develop new business throughout the Pensacola market through networking, referrals, cold calling, community involvement, and in-person outreach.
  • Build relationships with business owners, executives, and key decision-makers across a variety of industries.
  • Identify customer challenges and recommend customized business technology solutions that improve productivity, efficiency, and security.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle—from prospecting and discovery through proposal, negotiation, closing, and ongoing account development.
  • Develop long-term customer relationships while identifying opportunities to expand services and increase account value.
  • Conduct face-to-face meetings, product demonstrations, and business consultations.
  • Maintain an active sales pipeline using CRM tools and consistent prospecting activity.
  • Stay informed on local market trends, competitor activity, and emerging technology solutions.
  • Partner with technical specialists and sales leadership to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
