About The Position

Kognitive Sales Solutions, in partnership with Canadian Tire, is seeking highly motivated, sales-driven individuals to engage with consumers in-store. As a Field Marketing Representative, the primary role involves educating customers and driving sales of Financial Products, specifically the Canadian Tire Triangle Mastercard, on behalf of Canadian Tire. The position requires fostering connections, providing exceptional customer service, and building positive relationships with store personnel.

Requirements

Outgoing, personable, enjoys interacting with people
Comfortable delivering key messages
Strong listening and communication skills
Work well independently and within a team
Comfortable completing a criminal and credit background check

Responsibilities

Drive sales and educate customers on the features and benefits of the Canadian Tire Triangle Mastercard within the store and kiosk.
Drive sales, advocacy and brand awareness for our client’s product
Provide expectational customer service ensuring customers have a great experience
Find creative approaches to engage customers and share the benefits of the product
Build and maintain positive working relationships with store personnel
Maintain a high level of confidentiality as you work with customer information
Support in multiple store locations within your assigned region as needed
