About The Position

Lifespan Bath Remodel is looking for a sales representative to join our team in our St. George office. This person will actively seek out and engage prospective customers to sell our product and/or services. We are currently hiring due to growth and expansion in the state of Utah, to run pre-qualified WARM pre-qualified leads in our bath conversion/remodel division and selling high quality, luxury bath improvements direct to homeowners. Candidate needs to be energetic and eager to learn.

Requirements

  • Successful sales experience, in-home preferred.
  • Strong work ethic and discipline.
  • Good verbal and organizational skills.
  • Strong desire to succeed.
  • Dependable transportation.
  • Supply your own iPad.
  • Pass a thorough background check.

Responsibilities

  • Identify leads, manage prospects and acquire new business.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of Lifespan's services, sales process and pricing structures.
  • Meet or exceed sales goals.
  • Occasional weekend appointments and trade shows.
  • Drive to and from appointments safely and responsibly.
  • Report lead results daily through our online CRM.
  • Motivate team members and help them out when needed.
  • Create Sales goal based off what you hope to bring in this year. & Meet with GM to see what you have to do to accomplish that goal.
  • Follow up to your past clients and try to get Repeat Business, and Referrals.
  • Clearly define your sales to the production manager.
  • Re Hash all your appointments that didn't sell on the first appointment.
