Employees are expected to work onsite, which includes non-company locations where we conduct business, the majority of the time to support collaboration, productivity, and business operations according to the schedule set by supervisors and/or branch management.

Requirements

  • Associate degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school plus six months to two years’ sales experience.
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in adult beverage, product sales, three-tier system and/or hospitality,
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to function well in high paced and at time stressful environment.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office or related software.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

  • Generate leads through direct outbound phone contact and customer service software.
  • Develop smaller existing accounts within assigned territory.
  • Execute sales plans and special promotions; meet monthly sales goals in accordance with development plan.
  • Resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner according to company guidelines.
  • Ensure supplier distribution goals are met.
  • Analyze competitive products, promotions, pricing, and marketing policies.
  • Introduce new products and promotions; provide marketing services to customers.
  • Create and maintain activity reports.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
