About The Position

As a Home Sales Representative with Camden Homes, you’ll guide prospective buyers through the homebuying journey—building relationships, presenting model homes, negotiating contracts, and closing sales. You’ll work directly in our communities to deliver exceptional customer service, meet sales targets, and ensure a polished, positive experience from first visit to move-in.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum 2+ years experience in sales.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to work weekends.
  • Real estate license(s) must be inactive.
  • Strong commitment to professionalism, and accountability.

Responsibilities

  • Sell, contract and close new homes — target of ~25 homes per year.
  • Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, presenting model homes, negotiating contracts, and closing.
  • Provide outstanding, consistent customer service from first contact through move-in.
  • Use our CRM to follow-up on leads, track sales activity, and maintain accurate records.
  • Maintain the appearance and presentation of model homes and community areas.
  • Collaborate with construction, design, and operations teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Meet weekly and quarterly activity and performance priorities; work scheduled community hours to support walk-ins and appointments.
