This role offers comprehensive training and mentorship to develop individuals into high-earning sales professionals. The program is designed to fast-track successful candidates into full-time Outside Sales Representative roles within 6-12 months, with the potential for six-figure earnings and significant career advancement. Responsibilities

• Represent a trusted premium brand inside Costco locations and at field marketing events
• Engage homeowners in genuine conversations and generate high-quality leads

• Participate in hands-on classroom and in-field training with experienced mentors
• Work toward clear performance goals with continuous coaching and support
• Learn NEXT’s proprietary sales system from top-performing professionals
