About The Position

The Butler Agency is seeking motivated, coachable, and people-driven individuals to join our growing team as Remote Phone Sales Representatives. This is a fully remote opportunity where you'll work directly with individuals and families to help them understand and secure life insurance, mortgage protection, and financial coverage solutions tailored to their needs. This is a 1099 Independent Contractor position offering 100% commission-based compensation with no base salary or hourly pay. Your income is directly tied to your production, performance, and ability to serve clients effectively. If you enjoy helping people, building relationships, and earning based on performance, this opportunity is for you.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Comfortable speaking with clients over the phone
  • Coachable and open to learning proven sales systems

  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Willingness to obtain the required insurance license is expected for candidates who are not currently licensed

Responsibilities

  • Conduct phone-based consultations with prospective clients
  • Educate families on life insurance, mortgage protection, and final expense options
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate coverage solutions
  • Follow a structured sales process to guide clients through applications
  • Build trust and long-term relationships with clients
  • Manage and follow up with leads to maximize conversions
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions in CRM systems
  • Meet individual performance and production goals
  • Work collaboratively with team members and leadership
