About The Position

Dealership: L0134 Lithia Chrysler Jeep Dodge of Missoula Lithia Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM of Missoula Now Hiring: Sales Representative Pay: Commission plan with estimated earnings of $40k - $90k annually Schedule: Ideal candidates must have open availability to work any day/shift. Department Hours: Monday through Sunday: 8:30 am - 7:00 pm

Requirements

• 1 year of Automotive Sales Experience
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills & working knowledge of computers
• Self-motivated with the ability to set and achieve targeted goals
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence
• High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.

Responsibilities

• Help customers select the vehicle which best suits their needs
• Present and sell all makes and models of new and used vehicles
• Explain feature benefits
• Prospect for new business
• Maintain regular follow up current clients
• Provide outstanding customer service
