Requirements

Associate degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Valid Driver License
Automobile Insurance - 100/300/50 minimum limits of liability
Knowledge of SAP Business software
Knowledge of Microsoft Excel Spreadsheet software
Knowledge of Microsoft Word Processing software
Knowledge of Explorer Internet software
Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook
Knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint

Responsibilities

Compiles lists of prospective customers for sales leads using various sources.
Prepares regular planning and goals, including business transaction reports and customer management profiles.
Maintains existing accounts and provides customer service.
Travels to assigned territory to call on customers and solicit orders.
Sustains the minimum number of sales calls as determined by Management.
Displays product and emphasizes salable features.
Quotes prices correctly and prepares sales orders.
Estimates delivery dates based on knowledge of delivery schedules.
Collaborates with Administrative and Operations teammates to ensure customer service.
Coordinates customer training and product promotions.
Develops and maintains relationships with purchasing contacts.
Investigates and resolves customer issues regarding deliveries, billing, and customer service.
Attends sales meetings, seminars, trade shows, and special events to represent the Company and its brands.
