D.R. Horton, Inc., the largest homebuilder in the U.S., is seeking a Sales Representative. The primary responsibility of this role is to manage the sales process while providing excellent customer service. The Sales Representative will continuously source new customers, assist them in finding and designing their dream home, and ensure a smooth sales process from sale through loan, options, and construction. This role involves effectively communicating DR Horton’s value proposition, product vision, and capabilities to potential customers, uncovering customer goals and challenges, and establishing DR Horton as the best solution. The Sales Representative will overcome objections, close sales, and maintain accurate documentation. They will also continually source new sales opportunities, create and provide marketing plans to management for establishing new customer relationships, and network with realtors. Efficient time management, meeting sales goals, and effective teamwork are crucial. The role requires maintaining and expanding a database of prospects, attending sales meetings, and developing good rapport with prospective customers, realtors, and team members. Additionally, the Sales Representative will execute policies to ensure compliance with quality standards and conduct all business in a professional and ethical manner.
