Equinox is seeking full-time Membership Sales Advisors for its state-of-the-art location in Chestnut Hill, MA. As an Equinox brand ambassador, the advisor is passionate about health and fitness, encouraging others' potential, and is an expert on all club amenities, features, and programs. The role involves building lasting relationships with prospective and current members to ensure they maximize their Equinox experience. Full-time Membership Sales Advisors are responsible for achieving or exceeding individual sales goals, renewals, and ancillary service goals through strategic outreach, in-club lead generation, and securing member referrals via events. They work under the management of a General Manager, with support from a Regional Sales Manager and their sales team. Advisors must have knowledge of and participate in all the club's services, programs, and products, and have the ability to build rapport and lasting relationships to foster a strong referral base and retain members.
