These advisors are responsible for achieving or exceeding individual sales goals, renewals, and ancillary service goals through strategic outreach, in-club lead generation, and securing member referrals. They work under the management of a General Manager, with support from a Regional Manager and a sales team. Advisors must be knowledgeable about all club services, programs, and products, and are expected to build rapport and lasting relationships with prospective and current members to foster referrals and member retention.
