About The Position

We are one of the nation’s leading distributors of public safety equipment and PPE, serving fire departments, law enforcement, EMS, and government agencies across the United States. We are launching a new pilot program designed for highly motivated sales professionals who want the freedom of an entrepreneurial role while having the backing of a national organization. This is a W-2, 100% commission sales position focused on developing business with small fire departments (approximately 0-50 personnel). We are open to both full-time and part-time candidates who are serious about building income through performance-based sales. This role is ideal for individuals seeking flexibility, independence, and uncapped earning potential. Experience in public safety, fire service, PPE, industrial, or municipal sales is a plus

Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within assigned territory

Responsibilities

Prospect and develop new fire department accounts within your assigned territory
Build relationships with Fire Chiefs, Assistant Chiefs, Training Officers, Purchasing personnel, and municipal decision-makers
Sell a full portfolio of fire equipment and PPE, including: Turnout Gear, Fire Boots, Gloves, Protective Hoods, Helmets, Hose, Nozzles, Hand Tools
Build and manage your own sales pipeline
Conduct product demonstrations and customer presentations
Quote opportunities and close new business
Partner with internal teams to ensure excellent customer experience
Represent the company at trade shows and industry events
